Have the fields ready for practice so that parents, kids and the coaches don't have to spend the first 1/2 hour putting nets on the goal. The parents are dedicated to getting their children to practice on time and at 5:00 that means most have left work early or have really rush to get there. The fields should be ready.

The field conditions are getting pretty bad. The ground is too solid and it feels like running on cement. A few kids from my team have complained about ankle pain recently. Could we run the sprinklers prior to game days as to loosen the ground and make running on it safer? Or would it be possible to get topsoil and new seeding to cover in the bumpy patches on the fields?
